An email address and a password, or just a link sent by email. A code confirms your address, and that is it.

Prices include tax. The sale is made with Creem, merchant of record, which collects payment and issues the invoice. Tablee Pro renews every year until cancelled, and runs until the end of the period once cancelled. The web app and the iPhone app are two separate purchases.
Frequently asked questions
About the web app, the account and your data.
Why do I need an account?
So your plans follow you. They are saved to your account, and you reopen them from any computer. Signing up takes an email address and a password, or just a link sent by email. The iPhone app works without an account.
What if I run several events?
The free plan and the one-off €9.99 payment cover a single event, one seating chart. To run several, Tablee Pro opens unlimited events and tables, for €84.99 a year. You cancel it from your account, and it runs until the end of the paid year.
Where does my data go?
To our servers, in Western Europe, to give it back to you on every computer. We do not sell it and do nothing else with it. Allergens and reduced mobility are only there if you enter them. You can delete an event or your whole account at any time, from the app.
Does buying in the web app unlock the iPhone app?
Not yet: they are two separate purchases, in both directions. We are working on linking them. Your plans do travel: a .tablee file can be imported from your events.
I had paid for an event on the old builder
Your purchase is kept. Sign in to the app with the email address you gave for the invoice. If you had downloaded the .tablee file, import it from your events: the unlock comes with it. Otherwise, write to us at [email protected].
Which devices does the web app run on?
Any recent browser: Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge, on Mac, PC, tablet or phone. It is most comfortable on a large screen, to draw the room.
